After you find the y intercept you place a point on the y axis at the number you have for the y intercept. from there if you have a whole number like a 2, you turn it a fraction that represents rise over run, with 2 being the rise and 1 being the run. since this is positive you are going to go up 2, right 1. From that point you can continue your line.
