What is some differences between fats and oils?

Answer: lipids is divided into several subgroups. one of which is triglycerides(fats and oils)

the main difference is that oils have double bonds in the carbon backbone (unsaturated) so they are liquids, while fats don't have double bonds(saturated) so they're solids.
