Answer: f ( x ) = x + 3

Step-by-step explanation:

The points given are ( 0, 3 ) , ( 1 , 4 ) , ( 2 , 5 ).

Taking any two points ( 0 ,3 ) , ( 1 , 5 )

The slope ( m) = [tex]\frac{y_{2} - y_{1} }{x_{2} - x_{1} } = \frac{4 - 3}{1 - 0} = 1[/tex]

The equation of line can be written as

[tex]y - y_{1} = m ( x - x_{1} )[/tex]

y - 3 = 1 ( x - 0)

y =  x + 3

∴ f ( x ) = x + 3
