In the Meselson-Stahl experiment, bacteria were grown in medium containing 15N and were then transferred to medium containing 14N. After three rounds of DNA replication, in 14N. how many bands would you expect?

You would expect 2 bands however the one at half way between 15 and 14 would be 1/3 or the thickness of the one at 14
