She found out that for every 5 balloons in the sky, 2 of them will be rainbow colored.

If there are 150 balloons in the sky, how many will be rainbow colored?

There will be 60 rainbow colored balloons.

150/5 = 30
2 times 30 = 60
2/5 = 0.4
60/150 = 0.4
