Would extraterrestrial life on other Earth-like planets look similar to organisms found here on Earth?

Answer: I don't think they would since all the planets we know have completely different conditions than ours.

Explanation:

Depends on the biosphere of the other planet, any living thing on another planet would adapt to that planets resources, atmosphere, and climate. SO if that planet was almost identical to ours then maybe? We still have to factor in speed of evolution and whether or not they are put through the same events or big changes that earth life has been put through. I hope this helps!
