m = rise / run  

m = y2 - y1  / x2 - x1    

where the given points are  (x1,y1)  and (x2,y2)

m= 7-5 / 6-5

m =2

now use either point and plug the slope and the point into the point-slope formula

y-5 =2(x-5)     :)
