Well, I can’t see the points, but to find the rise and run:

Start at the lowest of the 2 points and count directly up, one unit at a time and that’s your rise. Then, once your on the level of the other point, count horizontally in that direction until you get there and that’s your run. After, put it in fraction form with rise on top of run.
