You move two to the right and up one because the two is the x-coordinate so on the x-axis you start from (0,0) and move to the right since it’s positive. If it was negative it would be to the left. Same as when dealing with y. The y coordinate is one so you move up on the y-axis(always start from the origin which is (0,0)). If it was negative you move down. Rise/run in this case 1/2.
