The answer is C. The lengths of the first triangle is 23 and 28 mm, a similar figure's side lengths have to be proportional so. The one in the choice C is 4 times the first triangle ,
[tex]4\cdot 23=92\\ and\\ 4\cdot 28=112[/tex]
