I'm guessing its 18.

This is because:
3 oz = 1/6
6 oz = 2/6
9 oz = 3/6
18 oz = 6/6.

I wouldn't go with my answer straight away; wait for someone lese to agree with me. I'm taking a good guess :)

x=1*3/(1/6)
x=3*6
x=18
