Substitute the given value

V = \pi (1.5)^2(3)

V = \pi * 2.25 * 3

V = 6.75\pi in^3

V = 6 75/100 \pi in^3

V = 6 3/4 \pi in^3

V = 27/4 pi in^3

Hence the volume of the cylinder is 27/4 pi in^3
