In this question, at STP (standard temperature and pressure) it is conventional to assume that 1 mol of a substance is equal to 22.4 Liters of volume, therefore, if we have 2 moles of Hydrogen gas:

1 mol H2 = 22.4 L

2 moles H2 = x L

x = 44.8 Liters of volume
