A Nation at Risk sounded an alarm about the state of public education and inspired a series of education reforms.
This was president Ronald Reagan's initiative for better educational system within the United States of America. Created in 1983, it stated that schools throughout the US were not satisfactory, and that there should be a reform within the country to fix that.
