the Federalist wanted to be able to tax people to have a army and help build roads and houses but the antifederalist did not and this argument lead to shays rebellion and then the constitutional convention lead by alexander Hamilton which lead to the constitution: )Sorry for the rant love talking about this period of time:)please give brainlist
