1 yard = 3 feet 
$7 per yard of fencing 
70 × 2 = 140
30 × 2 = 60
140 + 60 = 200
200 ÷ 3 = 66.6
66.6 × 7 = 466.66
To enclose the field, it will cost $466.66.
