Naturalized citizens can run for president and vise president?

No, they cannot.

One of the requirements of being a president is to be born a citizen of the US.
Naturalized citizens are not born citizens of the US, but become them later in life: therefore they can't run for the president, or become vice-president, who is the person to become a president in the event of an assassination of the president.
