Multiplying and Dividing Exponents are very easy.
When they are multiplied, we add the exponent numbers together.
When they are divided, we subtract the exponent numbers.
In this example, [tex]h^{-18}* h^3[/tex]/[tex] h^{0} [/tex]
We can conclude that [tex] h^{0} [/tex] is 1 because,
any number to the power of 0 is 1
[tex] \frac{ h^{-18}* h^{3} }{1} [/tex]=[tex] h^{-18} * h^{3} [/tex]
take the exponents alone:
-18+3 (Because it is multiplication) =-15
Final answer: [tex] h^{-15} [/tex]
