Geography prevented earopeans from imperelializing Africa because Earopeans knew that it was much more hot in Africa than where they were and this scared them because they knew that moving there and taking over by using military force would be difficult because they are not used to being in that kind of weather, this is why they were sending missionaries there to spread the word of God and also to give them imformation on how they could adapt to the weather.
