though there are the stereotypes of what hackers look like or what not, they aren't so easy to trace. hackers look like everyday people and they are just like normal people I our society, just only with the ability to "hack". for location, if someone was able to trace back to a location when being scammed/hack then perhaps, but justifying that someone is a hacker by their appearance/where they're at/from... that's kind of rude in a sense of judging others
