The answer is "Butterfly effect".
The theory in simple words is that if a butterfly moves or flaps its wing this effect produced by its wings might cause a tornado in any other part. At first the term was used for weather forecasting etc. but gradually it took the shape of a metaphor where small affects leads to big consequences.
