when reflected across the x-axis, all the x coordinates stay the same, all the y coordinates become the opposite, so we have (0, -4), (0, 2) and (2,0)
when rotated 180, either counterclockwise or clockwise, all the x coordinates and y coordinates become the opposite, so we have (0, 4), (0, -2) and (-2, 0)
