 For this case what you must do is the following rule of three: 
 For Raja: 
 300 ----> 100%
 x -------> 44%
 x1 = (44/100) * (300)
 x1 = 132
 For Dayton:
 
300 ----> 100%
 x -------> 25%
 x2 = (25/100) * (300)
 x2 = 75
 Then,
 x1-x2 = 132-75 = 57
 Answer: 
 57 more students voted for Raja than for Dayton
